Description:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

·      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of BS Accountancy

·      Must be a CPA

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

·      20 years experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing company

·      Working experience in strategic planning and execution;

·      Contracting and negotiating procedures

·      Had finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles Knowledgeable in automated financial and accounting reporting systems

·      With strong ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports

·       statements and projections

·      Must be articulate in oral and written communication

·      Experience in mergers and acquisitions or IPO application

·      Willing to work on Saturdays

·      Multi-tasking/shared services experience
