Position Details: Safety Manager

Description:

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

 

·      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineer

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

·      Licensed Civil Engineer

·      Minimum of 10 years of actual work experience as Safety Manager.

·      Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs including root cause analysis

·      In depth knowledge of OSHA construction regulations (fall protection, scaffolding, electrical safety, rigging, fire protection, concrete construction, excavations, steel erection, etc.)

·      Knowledge in construction and engineering standards and methods with strong focus on health and safety

·      Strong coordination and organizational skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to details,  records keeping, reporting and presentation skills

·      Advanced knowledge of safety programs, security policies, procedures and strategies 

·      Strong personality and solid people management skills
