EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
•Candidate must possess at least
Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or
equivalent.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•Any industry with total of 6 to 8
years’ experience in HR Field
•Must have an experience in Career
Management Planning.
•Must have an exposure to Discipline
and Grievance Management.
•Must have knowledge on Employee
Relation and Labor Relations.
