EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
•No
required Bachelors Degree (Undergraduate is okay)
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•Willing
to work primarily out of office in Manila for at least the first 3 months then
time spent between home office and Manila office is negotiable.
•3-5 years Call Center Experience in a
management role
•Natural
leader with the ability to
influence others behavior
even if not a direct report
•Excellent
verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
•Outstanding
customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
•Must
be self-motivator and self-starter
•Focus
on quality and customer service
•Exceptional
listening and analytical skills
•Solid
time management skills
•Must
be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the
Company
•Creative
ability & writing proficiency
•Ability
