Description:
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
•Candidate must possess at least a
Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral
Sciences or any related field.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
•At least 5years of relevant
experience as HR Manager/Business Partner
•Strong understanding of Labor Laws and
General Labor Standards
•Demonstrated experience in different areas of
HR: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and
Benefits
•Demonstrated experience in people management and
conflict/dispute management
•Ensure that company’s guidelines,
procedures and policies are updated
•Must have high regards to integrity
and confidentiality
